• Ask your driver to leave your package in a specific spot.
• Request to redirect a package that’s already on its way to a retail location.
  Then, pick it up when it’s convenient for you.
• Place a vacation hold on deliveries for up to 14 days.
• Virtually sign for a package from your phone or computer.

Consider downloading the free FedEx^® Mobile app to ship and track from your phone. You can access FedEx Delivery Manager perks to help customize your deliveries on the go.

Use our convenient tracking tools. Enter up to 30 of your FedEx tracking, door tag, or FedEx Office order numbers. You’ll be able to:

• Have your package returned to you.
• Correct an address.
• Reroute or make an address change.
• Dispute a delivery.

For future deliveries, enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager^®. You’ll have more control over residential deliveries.
