Delivery

Yes, anyone who is at the delivery address, 21 years or older, and not visibly intoxicated can accept your delivery. However, they must provide their ID to the driver for age verification. Learn more about our signature requirements and delivery options.

You can use FedEx Delivery Manager® to give specific requests for incoming deliveries.  

  • Add additional comments to help us find and access your home.
  • Specify where to place your package.

Delivery instructions will apply to all packages, not just yours, delivered to your home.*

Download the FedEx® Mobile app to take advantage of all the ways FedEx Delivery Manager can help you manage your deliveries.

*Delivery instructions may take up to 24 hours to display in our systems and will apply to your next delivery. It is up to driver discretion to follow delivery instructions based on safety and other contributing factors.

You can use FedEx Delivery Manager® to schedule or change a residential delivery. This is a premium service, and prices vary based on location. There are other free FedEx Delivery Manager features you could try:

  • Get delivery notifications and alerts to stay informed.
  • Ask your driver to leave your package in a specific spot.
  • Request to redirect a package that’s already on its way to a retail location.
    Then, pick it up when it’s convenient for you.
  • Place a vacation hold on deliveries for up to 14 days.
  • Virtually sign for a package from your phone or computer.

Consider downloading the free FedEx® Mobile app to ship and track from your phone. You can access FedEx Delivery Manager perks to help customize your deliveries on the go.

Use our convenient tracking tools. Enter up to 30 of your FedEx tracking, door tag, or FedEx Office order numbers. You’ll be able to:

  • Have your package returned to you.
  • Correct an address.
  • Reroute or make an address change.
  • Dispute a delivery.

For future deliveries, enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager®. You’ll have more control over residential deliveries.

In 2020, the company established an IT center to develop the company’s own warehouse management system. Currently there are three systems in use. They are the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Order Management System (OMS), and shipment management (TFMS) technical team.

Yes. Our WMS connects with data from more than 10 well-known e-commerce platforms in the US, including Amazon, Wayfair, Wish, and eBay. It also connects with well-known express companies: UPS/USPS/DHL/FedEx to achieve seamless connection with distribution systems.
